Terms of Service

1. Age and guest responsibility

• Zion's services are for guests aged 18 and above only
• You commit to providing accurate information when reserving
• Providing false information may result in service refusal
• Guests under 18 with family members: please contact in advance for guidance

2. Dress code

Zion maintains a Smart Elegant dress code — refined and elegant. The following are NOT acceptable: • Flip-flops, foam slippers • Sport shorts, tank tops • Overly casual, torn or stained clothing VIP Sofa and Premium Sofa areas require higher dress code standards. Zion reserves the right to refuse service to guests not meeting the dress code.

3. Reservations and table holding

• Reservations via form, hotline or Zalo are complimentary
• Tables are held for up to 30 minutes from reserved time. After that Zion may release the table
• If running late please call the hotline to request a delay
• Events of 15+ guests may require a 30% deposit to hold VIP rooms

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

• Free cancellation or rescheduling when notified 4+ hours in advance
• For paid deposits on Premium/VIP Sofa: cancel 24h+ early → 100% refund, 4–24h → 70%, under 4h or no-show → no refund
• Payment is made at the venue, accepting cash, cards and e-wallets

5. Pricing and service fees

• Table prices listed on the website are minimum charges
• Excluding 10% VAT and 7% service fee
• Inclusive signature sets are described in each tier
• Prices may change for special programs or occasions — notified in advance

6. Venue rules and intellectual property

• No smoking in air-conditioned dining areas
• Outside drinks are not permitted
• Do not photograph or film staff or other guests without consent
• All content, images and branding on the website belong to Zion

7. Limitation of liability

Zion Sky Lounge & Dining strives to keep website information accurate but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, power outages, unforeseen events), Zion reserves the right to change event schedules or close temporarily, and will notify as early as possible.
